The prettiest Princess of them all?
Finnish magazine Italehti recently asked its readers to name the most beautiful royal bride ever.

The most beautiful royal bride ever? The Finns voted for Swedish Crown Princess Victoria (who married Daniel on June 19, 2010). Here she is wearing her duchess satin wedding gown designed by Pär Engsheden and the Cameo tiara depicting Cupid and Psyche, the same tiara Queen Silvia wore at her 1976 wedding to King Carl XVI Gustaf.

Victoria - prettiest of them all
Forget Grace Kelly, and Lady Di. It is Crown Princess Victoria who is the prettiest royal bride of them all, at least according to the Finnish magazine Italehti, whose editors asked readers to name the most beautiful royal bride ever. -

13,000 readers responded and 44% thought Victoria was the prettiest, followed by Grace Kelly with 12% (the American movie star married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956).

Says Bertil Ternert, Press Secretary at the Royal Swedish Court: “We know that the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel are very popular in Finland, and that Finns follow them with interest. That was obvious also when they were there on a visit and were very well received.”
-
On third spot came Kate Middleton with 11% of the votes. Kate married Prince William earlier this year. Lady Diana (who married Prince Charles in 1981) received 9% of the votes, and Charlene Wittstock got 7% (she married Prince Albert earlier this summer).
