It started out as a typical Swedish midsummer day, the clouds were hanging low, it was drizzling and things did not look good at all.
Then around noon, the clouds disappeared and the typical June gloom of southern California was gone. At 5PM when the party started the sun was shining from a clear blue sky. After the customary dancing around the maypole, everyone could indulge in all the shrimp they could eat.
The event was, as ever well organized and ended with lively dancing in the adjoining clubhouse.
