VIRTUAL CLASS: Simple Cinnamon Rolls

Gear up for baking season with some fun variations on the classic Swedish cinnamon roll! Kanelbullar are a staple treat for a Swedish fika or coffee break and usually feature a cinnamon filling, cardamom scented sweet dough, and pearl sugar on top.
But Kristi Bissell of the Nordic-inspired food blog True North Kitchen is ready to share not only her favorite cinnamon roll dough, but two fun new ways to put it to use: cute gifflar (mini crescent buns) and entertaining-worthy apple filled slices.
After this demonstration, students will be ready to knead, shape, and bake their own buns just in time for Cinnamon Bun Day on October 4!
