In this workshop we will build on basic skills and focus more on composition, detail, and translating concepts into finished pieces. This is an interactive workshop where we will be spending a lot of hands on time working but with ample room for questions and discussion on approach, technique, and best methods.
This workshop is designed to help you feel more confident in designing your own pieces and composing more complex and detailed scenes! This workshop is for you if you have already taken our Intro to Papercutting class, or have experimented with papercutting on your own. Paper will be provided. Blades and cutting mats are not included. Anna recommends Excel blades and mats, such as this kit here(Opens an external site in a new window).
*Please contact Kate Dugdale at kated@nordicmuseum.org with any questions.
