Join us for a holiday-themed papercutting workshop with Anna Brones. In this season of Advent we are focusing on slowing down and creating moments of warmth and joy, and the same goes for this class. Together, we'll design our own holiday-themed paper cuts—perfect to gift someone special!
Materials needed:
- A craft knife + extra blades (Anna recommends the K18 CUSHION GRIP PAPER CUTTER KNIFE from excelblades.com)
- Self-healing cutting mat
- Printer paper (for sketching and practicing cutting)
- Heavier paper (for final papercuts). Anna mostly cuts in black paper, but you can choose what you would like. Anna recommends Canson Mi-Teintes 98 lb available at Blick's (this comes in a variety of colors too!)
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Ruler
This virtual class will take place on Zoom. Log in information will be received via email prior to class.
