Upon its release in 2006, Casino Royale(Opens an external site in a new window) catapulted accomplished Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen (who plays the film's main antagonist Le Chiffre) to worldwide recognition. Enjoy this modern classic under the stars at the National Nordic Museum, where the film will be screened behind the Museum, in our parking lot. Please bring family and friends, as well as folding chairs or something soft to serve as your seats. A food truck will be onsite for snacking during the film.

About the film: After receiving a license to kill, British Secret Service agent James Bond (Daniel Craig) heads to Madagascar, where he uncovers a link to Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), a man who finances terrorist organizations. Learning that Le Chiffre plans to raise money in a high-stakes poker game, MI6 sends Bond to play against him, gambling that their newest "00" operative will topple the man's organization.
