Come and experience a night of education and food surrounding a selection of open-faced sandwiches & alcohol pairings. Professional culinary and sommelier students from Denmark will craft and serve a selection of smørrebrød!
Each sandwich will be crafted using local Oregon ingredients and put together with the help of students from Bend's Cascade Culinary Institute. The students will also prepare a brief presentation on the tradition of smørrebrød in Denmark.
Tickets: $50 for NNW Members, $65 for Non-members
