Saturday Art Workshops: Moving Images

Each Saturday morning, Scandinavia House presents arts and storytelling for children. Our Saturday morning art workshops invite children to work with Nordic themes in the Halldór Laxness Library. In March, a series of workshops led by Heidi Alasuvanto will combine visual arts and dance.

Using the canvases made in last week’s workshop as a backdrop, we’ll create and film dance performances. Video will be edited and sent to participants via email.
