Saturday Art Workshops: Crafting Dances

Each Saturday morning, Scandinavia House presents arts and storytelling for children. Our Saturday morning art workshops invite children to work with Nordic themes in the Halldór Laxness Library. In March, a series of workshops led by Heidi Alasuvanto will combine visual arts and dance.

Heidi Alasuvanto leads this workshop to craft dances based on visual cues, drawn from images of Scandinavian trees and plants.
