Music is for many people an important part of their life. This is also true for Micke Bayart who not only passionately listens to music or attends concerts when time allows it, but he is also a keen photographer who eternalizes beloved artists.
Micke Bayart's exhibition PICTORIAL MUSIC represents a collection of both Swedish and international artists and singers from the 1980's until today both on and off stage - ABBA, Marie Fredriksson (of Roxette), Mando Diao, Wyclef Jean to name but a few.
His pictures are currently being shown at Vintageroom in Stockholm.
This exhibition represents a selection of his PICTORIAL MUSIC archives. Micke Bayart's photos will be shown between October 3rd - 23rd 2013 exclusively exhibited at the Church of Sweden New York on 5 East 48th Street.

Micke Bayart is a Swedish freelance photographer/writer focussing on music related themes as well as atmospheric images on landscapes and cities.
Micke's photos and articles with people who have worked in the 1970's with ABBA are regularly published in the group's fan-magazine "ABBA Intermezzo". He is also the author of the book "ABBA by Micke" which was published in 2011 including many never seen private and official pictures of ABBA.
