Fall Harvest Dinner: Mark the end of summer and the beginning of Norse Winter with a bountiful harvest feast dedicated to Freyr, who is said to bestow peace and pleasure. It’s our first Fall Equinox Harvest Dinner, or Haustmandur, with local fruits and vegetables, smoked fish, roast meat and more.
