    Our thoughts are with the family and near of Andrew Simpson, a two-time Olympic medalist from the U.K., who died in the accident on May 9. Another crew member reportedly became lightly injured. Yesterday's training on the San Francisco Bay turned catastrophic for the Swedish America's Cup racing team. According to a statement at the Artemis Racing website Simpson became trapped underneath a section of the boat for several minutes after it capsized. “The entire Artemis Racing team is devastated by what happened,” said CEO Paul Cayard. “Our heartfelt condolences are with Andrew’s wife and family.”
