• Anders Zorn would have loved the soirée on opening night at San Francisco's Legion of Honor fine art museum. In the grand salon of the Adolph and Alma Spreckles salon, it included all the elements in which he flourished. There were socialites, both men and women, attired smartly; beautiful women dressed in traditional Swedish folk costumes; delicious and abundant refreshments and refined music in the background.
