”Eat Sleep Die” Sweden’s Oscar candidate
”Äta Sova Dö”, (”Eat Sleep Die”) a film by Gabriella Pichler about unemployment and alienation on the Swedish countryside, has won several awards in Sweden, and has now been chosen the Swedish candidate for the Oscar’s. We will have to wait until January 16 next year, however, to find out whether it will be one of the five films nominated by the Oscar jury in the category Best Foreign Language Film. -
